This is to inform of suggestions for safety measures we can observe in phases before normalization of services. We will keep posted which phase we are currently observing. Congregants are highly encouraged to participate in worship through technology if they are not comfortable or are highly at risk in crowds. CDC guidelines, civic rules, and an abundance of caution may alter these suggestions as the situation develops. For the duration of these phases, note the following:

> Congregants should monitor temperatures and other symptoms of COVID-19 and not come to the premises if they are showing signs.  Your temperature will be checked upon entering the building.

> Services will continue to be broadcast on Facebook regardless of COVID-19 status.

> Hand sanitizer will be available for regular use. Hand washing is also highly encouraged on a regular basis.

> Face masks should be worn.

> Until this crisis is considered over, everyone should refrain from personal contact such as hand shakes, hugs, elbow bumps, etc. Families should take this opportunity to explain to children what the expectations are and why we observe them.

> Until the crisis is over, we will take offering by drop-off on-site after services, mail, and on-line means instead of passing the offering plate.

> Bulletins will not be handed out for the time being.

> We will not resume the van ministry until we have normalized meeting.
